Chhatra Dal President Rakibul Islam Rakib and General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir made the announcement in a press release on Sunday, signed by Office Secretary M Jahangir Alam The program also aims to register a protest against the deterioration of law and order in the country, alongside the widespread lack of justice for victims of such crimes.“Chhatra Dal has announces a human chain program at all educational institutions across the country on Monday to protest violence, oppression, rape and online harassment against women, as well as the overall deterioration of law and order and the culture of impunity,” the release says.The Chhatra Dal and general secretary called upon all members, leaders and activists to actively participate in the program to make it a success.
