Sajek's horrible fire, many resorts burned
The fire broke out at Rangamati's Sajek Tourist Center at around 1 pm on Monday.
Baghaichari Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Shirin Akhter said the local people and administration were working to extinguish the fire.
According to local sources, the first fire broke out at the Eco Valley Resort at around 1 pm on Monday at the tourist center of the Sajek Union of Baghaichari Upazila.When the flames of the fire spread around the flames, the rest of the resorts, including the Sajek Vacation Resort, were set on fire. The locals are trying to extinguish the fire with the fire.Meanwhile, 3 to 5 resorts have been burned in the fire. However, it is not yet confirmed where the fire originated.
Indrajit Chakma, proprietor of the Hillview Resort, said the army and locals were trying to take the fire. Already 3 to 5 resorts were burned. It will take at least two hours to reach the fire service Sajek from Dighinala.
