Chittagong-Kunming flight announced with the help of Bangladeshi health care
The health care process of Bangladeshis in China is getting easier. China Eastern Airlines plans to launch flights from Chittagong to Kunming route to assist people in the eastern part of Bangladesh in the southern city of China
Officials said the information on Saturday (March 25th). The information was reported from the Chief Advisor Press Wing.
China has already set four hospitals in Kunming to treat Bangladeshi patients. However, the airplane has been a major obstacle to travel to this Chinese city.
Officials said that if direct flights were launched on the Chittagong-Kunming route, the cost and time of transportation would be reduced. As a result, more Bangladeshi will be able to easily receive China's health care.
Bangladesh Ambassador to China Nazrul Islam said a separate floor has been allocated for Bangladeshis at Kunming Hospital. The cost of treatment is tolerable. A Bangladeshi patient pays equal fees for a Chinese citizen.
Civil Aviation Authority has also taken initiative to reduce airplanes on the Kunming route from Dhaka to facilitate the travel of Cunming. Chinese authorities say they will open more health care centers for Bangladeshis in the future.
For the first time last month, dozens of Bangladeshi went to Kunming for treatment. They praised the quality of the hospitals there. However, many have complained about the cost of travel. In April, Bangladesh will also send a large group of journalists to see the medical benefits of Kunming.
