Rohit Sharma overtook Chris Gayle's tally of 331 sixes in ODIs when he struck seven sixes in the second ODI of the ongoing three-match series against England in Cuttack on Sunday, 9 February. He is now just 13 sixes behind Shahid Afridi, who holds the record for the most sixes in the 50-over format with 351.
