Dune: Part Two and Emilia Pérez follow closely behind with 10 nominations each, including Best Picture nominations for both films. Rounding out the Best Picture category are A Complete Unknown, Anora, The Brutalist, Nickel Boys, Sing Sing, and The Substance, as per the Deadline.Meanwhile, the wildfires have impacted Hollywood events profoundly, even the ones in New York. Many of the premieres such as Wolf Man and Unstoppable last Tuesday; Better Man, The Pitt, and On-Call on Wednesday, and The Last Showgirl on Thursday were canceled. Several award shows were also on the radar such as Oscar Nominations were postponed, and the annual BAFTA Tea Party on Saturday in Beverly Hills was also canceled.
